Thuppaki starring Vijay and Kajal Agarwal is all set to release four days prior to Diwali. Before Diwali the Vijay fans can celebrate ‘Thuppaki Diwali’. The audio and trailer of the film has been released and it has got a huge response from the audiences.
Now the latest to hear is that Thuppaki will hit the screen in maximum number of theatres. In Tamil Nadu there are about 600 theatres and in that Thuppaki movie will release in around 500 theatres. Along with Thuppaki, Poda Podi, Samar and Kumki are also releasing at the same time. But Thuppaki will be occupied by 80% of the theatres; due to this the other film producers are upset.
K Rajan, a member of Production Association has revealed that “The Production Associations have decided that the big budget movies release could be on the Indian Festival times. The makers of big movies use this opportunity fully and bag all the theatres for the release of their movies. Due to this small budget makers are affected by the heavy loss”.
